HDPE Pipe Granules – Virgin HDPE Raw Material for Pipe Production

Our HDPE Pipe Granules are premium pipe-grade polyethylene pellets designed exclusively for manufacturing water supply, drainage, irrigation and municipal plastic pipes. We strictly control the formula of HDPE Pipe Granules to deliver stable processing performance and reliable finished pipe quality for pipe manufacturers worldwide.

Every batch of HDPE Pipe Granules adopts virgin PEAD resin without recycled filler or impurities. The uniform particle size of HDPE Pipe Granules ensures smooth feeding inside extruders, effectively avoiding material blockage, uneven extrusion and surface bubbles during continuous production. This consistent property greatly lowers scrap rates and improves production efficiency for pipe factories.

Our HDPE Pipe Granules include PE80 and PE100 grades, two mainstream specifications widely used in the piping industry. The HDPE Pipe Granules feature excellent environmental stress crack resistance, outstanding anti-creep performance and long-term pressure resistance. Pipes extruded from our HDPE Pipe Granules can withstand underground burial, outdoor UV exposure and long-distance water transportation, reaching a service life of over 50 years.

In terms of safety, the food-contact grade HDPE Pipe Granules are non-toxic and odorless, fully compliant with international standards for drinking water pipelines. We can supply black UV-resistant HDPE Pipe Granules for buried engineering, as well as natural translucent HDPE Pipe Granules for light-duty irrigation tubes. Custom color and additive adjustments for HDPE Pipe Granules are available upon customer requests.
