Recently, Jiangsu Jingshan Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. completed the production, inspection and loading of a batch of mine-use ПНД buried spiral-wrapped structural pipe. Two 17.5-meter large plates were fully loaded for shipment and will be transported by land directly to the Erlianhot Port. After customs declaration, they will be exported to Mongolia to serve local mine drainage, waste removal and underground pipeline projects.
The mining‑grade HDPE buried spirally‑wound structured‑wall pipes are manufactured in accordance with GB/T 19472.2 national standard. Featuring high ring stiffness, outstanding low‑temperature resistance, high impact resistance, corrosion resistance and anti‑settling performance, the pipes are well‑suited for harsh frozen‑soil mining conditions in Mongolia, with a service life of over 50 years for underground installation. Every batch undergoes full‑range factory testing on ring stiffness, impact resistance and dimensional tolerance to satisfy rigorous operating requirements of mining projects.
